We’re Ian and Kristin, a husband-and-wife team of Navy veterans and former public affairs professionals. We built Haze Grey Creative to bring structure and strong visual storytelling to real estate marketing.

With more than 20 years of combined experience in photography, video production, graphic design, and communications, we know how to create visuals that stand out and tell a clear, compelling story. We understand how images shape perception, especially in real estate, where buyers often form opinions before ever stepping inside a property.

After years in federal public affairs roles, we chose to focus our skills closer to home. Today, we partner with real estate agents, brokers, and homeowners who want dependable media that reflects the true value of their listings.

Our Basic Package includes professionally edited interior and exterior photos plus drone photos. This package is best suited for smaller listings or rental properties.

Pro

Our Pro Package includes professionally edited interior and exterior photos, drone photos, and a 1-2 minute cinematic video. This package is designed for most standard listings.

Premium

Our Premium Package includes professionally edited interior and exterior photos, drone photos, 2D floor plan, a 3D (Matterport) tour, and a 1-2 minute cinematic video. This package is designed for listings that need that little extra!
